Things are really starting to grow around the farm. We should be ready for a first harvest on June 4. The cold and wet spring has slowed growth quite a bit. We were unable to do some of our planned planting until 2-3 weeks later. But, with this warmer trend, the veggies are really starting to grow.
I had hoped for a Memorial Day harvest. The greens are not quite there. I would rather wait a week and present everyone with a larger selection than to offer only a few items.
